Filling for baked potato with broccoli and Cheddar

1 can Campbell’s® Cream of Broccoli (305g)

¼ cup milk

1 pinch black pepper, ground

4 potatoes, baked, sliced in halves

1 cup broccoli branches, cooked

¼ cup Cheddar cheese, chopped (approx. 30g)

  1. Put the soup, milk, and pepper in a bowl
  2. Put the potatoes already baked (with a transversal cut, opening them in halves) in a microwave oven plate. Cover it with the broccoli branches. Pour the mixture over the broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Put in the microwave oven at high power for 4 minutes or until the mixture is hot and the cheese melted.

Cooking time: 4 minutes
