Baked Haddock with Broccoli


1 pack broccoli, frozen, cooked, drained (or 450g fresh broccoli, without stalks)

4 fillets haddock, or other firm white meat fish (approx. 450g)

1 can (305g) Campbell’s® Cream of Broccoli

1/3 cup milk

¼ Cheddar cheese, grated (or Prato cheese)

2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

1 cup butter, melted

1 pinch paprika


Put the broccoli in a baking dish. Cover them with the fillets of fish.

Mix the Campbell’s® Cream of Broccoli with milk and cover the fish. Sprinkle with cheese all over.

Add the breadcrumbs, butter and paprika in a bowl. Sprinkle this mixture over the fish.

Bake it in oven at 230ºC for 20 minutes or until the fish is baked.
