First creation of Gabriel Boudier, the cassis cream is composed only by fresh fruits, sugar and alcohol. Its high concentration is due to the use of 1 kg of cassis to each liter of manufactured liquor. Ideal for consumption in desserts, drinks or as an appetizer.
